Keep ticket information accurate

Compare discovery information with the actual booking destination.

This written lesson is currently in English. Thai lesson translations and narration are planned.

This lesson is ready to read and practise. English narration is awaiting production and source review; Thai narration follows next.

Understand

A displayed ticket price is useful only when it describes the same bookable activity and conditions as the destination. Compare the ticket or activity, date, participant conditions, currency and included fees. A lower headline price for a different day or ticket type does not establish a match. Check the applicable Things to do price policy alongside the current listing.

Record the values, conditions and time of your comparison before changing anything. Determine whether the business's manual entry or an existing connectivity partner supplies the disputed information. Ask the controlling source to correct a confirmed discrepancy, then check again. A connected provider does not guarantee instantaneous synchronisation or automatic parity. Stop before buying a ticket; the lesson needs a comparison and correction status, not a purchase.

Practice example

A fictional attraction shows an adult weekday price, but its destination opens a weekend family ticket. Document that the products differ before calling the amounts inconsistent, then test the matching ticket conditions.

RIM coaching: Keep the comparison reproducible and retain unresolved differences. Inspect again after a ticket or price change instead of assuming a feed updated itself.

Keep ticket information accurate

Practise

What should you do when listed ticket information differs from checkout?

Apply to your business

Review available ticket or activity prices and destination details against checkout information. Identify which source controls partner-supplied data.

Keep proof of your work

A dated comparison with discrepancies and their correction status; do not claim automatic partner parity.

A saved note is an owner report. Evidence is checked separately; keep drafts, applied changes and public observations distinct.

Check what changed

Recheck after ticket or price changes.
