Build an accurate restaurant menu
Choose between menu links, photos/PDFs and structured menu information.

Understand
Google's restaurant playbook describes three menu routes: a menu link, a menu photograph or PDF, and structured menu information. Choose from the formats your profile supports and keep each used format current. A PDF menu is not inherently prohibited. Structured sections and items can give customers more detail, but the information still needs to match the actual menu.
Compare names, descriptions, prices and availability with the restaurant's current source. Use authentic dish photographs where appropriate and supported. Confirm dietary information with the responsible business; a customer mentioning 'gluten-free' does not establish ingredients, cross-contact safety or certification. A menu case study describes that restaurant's reported experience, not the improvement every learner will get. Preserve both the source menu and the dated profile result.
Practice example
A fictional cafe changes a soup's price. Update the reviewed menu source and applicable profile formats, then check the displayed information. Leave dietary claims unresolved until the kitchen confirms the relevant facts.
RIM coaching: Assign a person to review seasonal changes. Keep a draft clearly labelled, and never infer allergen safety from reviews or a photograph.

Practise
Apply to your business
Review the real menu and its available profile format. Add accurate sections, items and applicable descriptions, prices, photos and confirmed dietary information.
Keep proof of your work
The source menu and dated applied profile evidence; customer review mentions do not establish dietary facts.
A saved note is an owner report. Evidence is checked separately; keep drafts, applied changes and public observations distinct.
Check what changed
Recheck seasonal changes, price accuracy and available menu interactions.
