Confirm useful attributes

Distinguish verified amenities from assumptions.

This lesson is ready to read and practise. English narration is awaiting production and source review; Thai narration follows next.

Understand

Restaurant attributes describe actual service options, amenities and accessibility. Review the choices currently offered for the restaurant's category, such as dining or takeaway arrangements when supported. A list in a playbook is not a promise that every profile has every toggle. Confirm each option against the real restaurant before selecting it.

Keep dining facilities separate from dietary claims about individual dishes. A review mentioning vegan food or an accessible visit can prompt a question, but cannot establish ingredients, allergen safety or every accessibility feature. Ask the responsible team member and use the appropriate supported field. Save the factual confirmation and later profile observation; leave uncertain or unavailable information explicit rather than selecting a reassuring answer.

Practice example

A fictional cafe has a level entrance but a stepped toilet access. Confirm each available accessibility field separately, and do not infer a fully accessible visit or allergen-safe menu from one positive review.

RIM coaching: Think through the visit a customer plans using these details. Recheck dining options and facilities when operations change, keeping owner confirmation with the evidence.
