Confirm hotel details and on-property businesses
Distinguish hotel information from independently eligible on-property businesses.
This lesson is ready to read and practise. English narration is awaiting production and source review; Thai narration follows next.
Understand
Hotel profiles use specific information such as property details, amenities and check-in or check-out times. These differ from ordinary opening hours. Review the actual hotel fields and confirm their values with the property. A guest-facing detail should describe what the hotel really provides, and changing a field does not guarantee a particular highlight or display.
A restaurant, spa or bar on hotel premises is not automatically eligible for a separate profile. Assess its own real-world identity, public access and Google's eligibility guidance before proposing one. If a separate business is eligible, Google's support route handles requests for a 'Located In' relationship; it is not a guaranteed self-service switch. Keep a proposal, a created profile and a displayed relationship as separate states.
Practice example
A fictional hotel's restaurant serves both guests and outside visitors. Review its separate eligibility before proposing a profile, and document any support-linking plan without pretending the new listing or relationship already exists.
RIM coaching: Keep hotel details and independent venues separate. Preserve confirmed facts, proposed changes and observed public results without inventing ordinary hotel opening hours.

Practise
Apply to your business
Check the actual hotel information and available fields. Assess a restaurant, spa or bar separately before proposing its own profile; use Google support for Located In linking.
Keep proof of your work
Confirmed hotel facts or a documented eligibility/support plan, without claiming a proposed profile exists.
A saved note is an owner report. Evidence is checked separately; keep drafts, applied changes and public observations distinct.
Check what changed
Recheck the visible facts and support outcome.
