Keep your offerings useful

Show customers what the business actually provides.

This written lesson is currently in English. Thai lesson translations and narration are planned.

This lesson is ready to read and practise. English narration is awaiting production and source review; Thai narration follows next.

Understand

Offerings help customers see what the business actually provides. Depending on the profile, this may mean a service list, menu or product information. Start from the current business catalogue and use the fields that are genuinely available. Names, descriptions and applicable prices should help a customer distinguish one offering from another without invented claims or unavailable items.

Compare profile information with the business's current source, not an old advertisement or a competitor's list. Remove or correct outdated entries through the supported controls when authorised. Restaurants, services and tours have dedicated Academy lessons for their particular formats. A useful reviewed catalogue can be a draft; it becomes applied evidence only when the relevant change has actually been made and recorded.

Practice example

A fictional shop has stopped selling an item still shown in its profile. Check the current inventory with the owner, identify the supported correction, and record whether it is drafted, submitted or visible.

RIM coaching: Give each entry an owner-confirmed source and a review date. Make a maintenance habit from actual catalogue changes rather than a fixed publishing quota.

Read the original source below. Identify which features apply to your business and which facts you need to confirm before making changes.

Keep proof of your work

A current offering record and dated profile observation, or a labelled draft.
