Help customers reach a working destination without confusing links and integrated buttons.

Understand

Booking, appointment and order links help a customer take the next step. A direct link to the business's website differs from a provider-integrated button, and one does not prove the other exists. Check the available controls, the business's existing setup and any provider eligibility before recommending a connection. The Academy does not require buying a booking service.

Follow the relevant route from the profile to the destination. Confirm that the correct business and service appear, that the page works on a phone, and that a customer can understand the next step. Stop before submitting an order, booking or payment. Save what you observed, including missing or unavailable features. Hotel booking feeds and tours' ticket details use their specialist lessons.

Practice example

A fictional repair shop's appointment link opens a general homepage with no appointment instructions. Document the problem and propose its existing booking page, without claiming a provider-integrated button has been enabled.
