Confirm useful attributes

Distinguish verified amenities from assumptions.

This lesson is ready to read and practise. English narration is awaiting production and source review; Thai narration follows next.

Understand

Attributes communicate specific facts about a business, such as amenities, accessibility or service options. The choices depend on the business category and the controls Google currently offers. An attribute is a factual claim, not a marketing wish. Check the actual facility or ask the responsible owner before selecting it, particularly when a customer may rely on it to plan a visit.

Review each available option individually. A photograph, review or assumption may prompt a question, but does not establish every aspect of accessibility or service provision. Record what you confirmed and where the information came from. If an important detail has no supported field, put it in appropriate customer information elsewhere rather than pretending the profile offers that toggle.

Practice example

For a fictional venue, 'step-free entrance' does not automatically mean every room or toilet is accessible. Confirm each available attribute against the actual facility and leave uncertain answers unresolved.

RIM coaching: Ask what a customer would reasonably expect from the selected attribute. Keep the confirmed fact, saved value and later public observation together.
