An onboarding example
You add your business. We get to work.

This example combines workflow counts with median profile checks, files and indexed passages from the first 25 businesses (18 October 2026). It is not a measured total for one business. Your setup depends on the data available; the steps and time needed will vary.

Where the numbers come from
What are we actually counting?
- AI activity
- Gabriel replies, recorded agent tool calls and reviews triaged, plus three research model calls for each completed first report. This is a combined activity count; one task can involve several calls.
- Changes on Google
- Review replies, posts and profile changes count when Rank-in-Maps records a successful publication after approval. Drafts and changes waiting for approval stay out of this total.
- Businesses and knowledge
- The business activity figure covers the last 30 days. Review totals and category coverage are refreshed periodically. Research and file counts reflect saved records, rather than a count of unique businesses.
The headline figures overlap with the detail below; they should not be added together. Counts appear once they reach 10. If live updates are unavailable, we show the last figures we could load.

How we measure business results
For each participating business, we compare its earliest and latest completed months of Google Business Profile data. At least two completed months are needed. We add the figures across those businesses and calculate percentage change from the combined baseline. Business names stay private, and results vary.
