For agencies

Local visibility work your clients can hold in their hands.

Agencies lose clients over questions they can't answer: where did that review go, what changed on the profile, what did we actually get this month? Rank-in-Maps gives your local visibility work a paper trail — intake, backups, evidence, and reports — so the answer is a document, not a shrug.

The three conversations every agency dreads

“Where did our reviews go?”

Reviews disappear and Google rarely explains why. Without a dated record of what existed, you can't prove the loss — or dispute it.

“Who changed our profile?”

Hours, categories, and descriptions change overnight — sometimes by Google, sometimes by “helpful” suggestions. You find out when the client does.

“What did we pay for this month?”

A retainer without deliverables invites churn. Clients keep agencies that hand over things they can hold: bundles, records, reports.

One workflow: intake → evidence → report

The same three surfaces you saw on the homepage, in agency terms — what you send the client, what you work from, and what you hand back.

1/3

Client Packs

Start each client with a pack. You send a tokenised intake link — the client fills it in without creating an account. Import their reviews from a CSV export and the pack stores them as a versioned, dated artifact.

  • Tokenised intake links — no client login
  • Reviews CSV import with a versioned backup artifact
  • Bundle viewer/editor with edit-driven ZIP rebuilds
  • Open format: Frictionless Data Package, CSV mirrors, changelog
  • One pack per client business — run as many as you have clients
2/3

Evidence

Work runs in evidence cycles: observe, prioritise, act, verify. Findings are recorded against dated observations and metric snapshots, so three months later you can show what was true, what you did, and what moved.

  • Evidence-backed audit findings, not just checklists
  • Dated metric snapshots and verification states
  • Observe → Prioritise → Act → Verify, on the record
3/3

Reports

Hand back documents clients actually read: technical and local SEO audit PDFs, plus monthly change summaries — what changed, what improved, what's next.

  • Technical and local SEO audits with PDF export
  • Monthly change summaries from connected data
  • Written in plain language a client can forward internally

Review backup, honestly

Live today

Import a client's reviews from CSV into their pack. They're stored as a versioned artifact with CSV mirrors and a downloadable ZIP — a dated, portable record you can point to when a review vanishes.

On the roadmap

Scheduled review snapshots, profile field history, and change alerts with before/after diffs. These are planned, not live — we don't show snapshot data until it's real, and backups stay import-based, so no extra Google permissions.

What to know before you build on it

  • Packs are per-client today. The connected performance dashboard tracks one location per account — a multi-client workspace is on the roadmap, not in the product.
  • No ranking guarantees. We promise better records, clearer reports, and a workflow that improves visibility inputs — nobody can honestly promise positions.
  • AI tools are optional and live under AI Labs. They draft and summarise; a human approves everything. The assistant stack is being rebuilt around the new GBP and Gemini landscape.
  • Backups are built from data you import or connect through existing flows — no new Google OAuth scopes.

Start with one client

  1. 1Run the free Visibility Scorecard on a client or prospect — three minutes, no login.
  2. 2Sign in and claim the free Client Pack to see the intake-to-bundle flow end to end.
  3. 3Send your first tokenised intake link and import the client's reviews CSV.
